Pilates is always a refreshing mind-body workout to develop a strong core, flatter abdominals and a stronger back. Gain long, lean muscle with improved flexibility and mobility. Create a well-conditioned body to prevent injuries and poor posture. Movements are performed in a controlled, focused, flowing manner which connects the body and enables relaxation.
My Pilates classes are packed with exercises that are proven to improve flexibility. We'll focus on increasing muscle strength & tone on both sides of your body but especially the core muscles. My classes also place emphasis on using exercise as a way to maintain an improved posture.
