Vinyasa yoga sessions in Burgess Hill & Mid Sussex
Yoga enables you to reconnect with that feeling of inspiration in your body and soul. It is a multitude of positive moments brought about by Yoga poses, breathing, focus. As we inhale we connect to the World around us and live in the now.
The potential physical benefits of Yoga are many and should not be taken lightly. These include:
Regulating the Thyroid gland
Lowering blood pressure
Alleviating stiffness and immobility
Relieving stress and anxiety
Each session is fully guided by me, with personal advice, teaching and guidance offered to all participants. Classes incorporate meditation; initially, we meditate for joy, then eventually this becomes meditating for bliss. Sessions are predominantly Vinyasa flow, with time to learn postures and hand balances. We explore Asanas, the ancient Yoga postures which are derived from Sanskrit.
